The complex had a number of tall mexican palm trees that hadn’t been trimmed in a couple of years, so the dead palm fronds made the trees unsightly and dangerous. Harbison Canyon / Crest Tree Trimming

Harbison Canyon and Crest are beautiful inland communities of East County San Diego. Many homes in these areas are immaculate and possess a plethora of trees. LC Tree Trimming recently performed a tree job at a property with more than 100 palm trees. It had been almost two years since the last trimming of these trees, so an abundance of dead palm fronds hung throughout the entire property. Palm trees require annual prunings to maintain their attractive appearance.

San Diego Eucalyptus Tree Trimming

Trimming of a Eucalyptus Tree

This 100 foot eucalyptus tree in Encinitas, San Diego was a recent job of LC Tree Trimming. Larry had the challenge of topping the tree, which simply means he had to shorten the tree. Neighbors of this resident were complaining about the tree’s leaves and flowers building up in their yards and clogging up a nearby swimming pool. So not only did Larry need to top off the tree around 30 feet, but he also had to do a heavy trim to minimize the debri from the eucalyptus.

As you can see from the pictures, tree trimming and the fear of heights definitely do not go hand in hand.

San Diego Date Palm Trimming

Here are pictures from a date palm that was trimmed by LC Tree Trimming. It had been a few years since this tree had any work on it, so as a result the palm fronds went all the way to the ground. Ash Tree Removal

Recently the crew at LC Tree Trimming took on the challenge of a large 70-foot ash tree removal in La Mesa. Although they would love tree removals to be as simple as cut and drop, many times that’s just not the case. With this La Mesa job, Larry had the challenge of figuring out how to trim the tree limbs off without crushing the fencing directly below, as well as a shed and sprinkler system.

It’s a nice gift when clients provide pictures of Larry and the LC Tree Trimming crew. This particular client set up a camera on a tripod that took pictures every 5 minutes! Here are a few snapshots from the day.
